Charts are built based on form data from radio and television decision makers.  The cumulative score is ranked and updated monthly.  No weighting is applied.  Talent advertisements in no way affect chart outcome.  My Voice person isn't on the list?  Some voice people didn't make the cut because of slower turn around speed, poor customer service and other factors that lowered the overall score.  Questions?
